This simple assembly is all what you need to operate the control of the pressure of your watermaker. An AISI 316 safety valve, to unload the vessels in case of overpressure is included in the assembly
It can easily be fitted in the Inox head of the last vessel.
The unit is supplied mounted and tested for leaks. Specify the version needed

How to set the safety pressure valve:
The safety pressure valve (or pressure relief valve) is an important device in order to grant your safety and the safety of the components of the watermaker.
Once the watermaker is assembled and commissioned and everything works well, you must follow this simple procedure:
1 – Completely open the pressure regulating valve and the safety valve by unscrewing them counterclockwise
2 – Start the watermaker and close completely the pressure regulating valve. The pressure should remain at 0 BAR and all the water is discharged trough the safety valve.
3 – Slowly close the safety valve till the gauge shows about 70 Bar, and soon after completely open the pressure regulating valve till the pressure is 0 bar
4 – Stop the watermaker.
5 – Lock the screw of the safety valve.
